Hello, I’m Eve the founder of Lullaby Sleep Consultant. My role is to help your baby sleep through the night! Well, sleeping through the night simply means sleeping for a long stretch of time, and have a restful sleep. Let me tell you more about me and my story.
I’m a trained sleep coach but more importantly, I am the mother of two beautiful children named Luca and Ophelia. My husband and I used a gentle approach to sleep training and it changed our lives! Since coaching Luca, he has slept an average of 10-12 hours each night. These results were so incredible, I instantly wanted to share this knowledge with other families. I am dedicated to help you and your little one sleep better and therefore YOU sleep better with peace of mind that your child is getting the rest he needs. Here is my story
While pregnant with Luca, I took all the prenatal classes I could. They were extremely useful. I was ready…so I thought. When my little angel was born, I realized that the one thing these classes didn’t teach me, was how to get my son to sleep. How did I not know this? Teaching healthy habits to my son should have been the foundation of my education and his introduction to the world. No sleep = Tough times.
My husband and I hit rock bottom one night, when I was up every 20 minutes to soothe him, either by breastfeeding or pacifying him back to sleep. I was going back to work the following week and the situation had to change. I wasn’t sleeping, my son wasn’t sleeping, my husband wasn’t sleeping. #NoBueno.
We hired a sleep coach and our life drastically and positively changed! My little one became an incredible sleeper, literally within 2 days. Luca went from waking up over 10 times a night, to only once a night at 4.5 months of age. Everyone was sleeping. Oh. My. Goodness. Whaaa? My husband and I were having some alone time and everything finally fell into place. We got our life back! I couldn’t believe it.
At that point, I knew I had to share this knowledge with other families. It was a calling so strong and a duty so clear to help other parents to coach their bundle of joy to sleep soundly.
My daughter Ophelia has been a great sleeper since day 1, and I am proud to say that I am part of her success. I knew what I was doing…!

Who we are
Lullaby Sleep Consultant is a sleep coaching business that helps babies and toddlers sleep through the night and take blissful naps. However, babies are not born with the capacity to fall asleep on their own, it’s a skill they must learn. And that’s exactly what we do. As sleep consultants, we support parents and give them tools, to help their children master the ability to become independent sleepers.
We have a professional, non-judgmental and breastfeeding-friendly approach, to support all types of parenting styles. Because each child is different and all parents have their own expectations, each case is unique. We use a wide range of coaching methods to fit the child’s age, temperament, and the family’s goals. We will tailor a personalized plan that is special and unique to each situation. We guide parents while their little one is learning this vital and lifelong skill: how to fall asleep on their own.
How we work
Our step by step sleeping plans are designed to help the children sleep through the night and help parents stay consistent during the program, ensuring that the family is confident with the plan we create together. The Gentle Sleep Coach © Program is the first and most extensive professional sleep coach training and certification program available. The program involves over 80 hours of training with a faculty panel that includes 2 medical doctors, a psychologist, an attorney, lactation counselor, postpartum doulas and a family therapist. Each coach must pass an exam and participate in case supervision with Kim West, LCSW-C (a.k.a. “the Sleep Lady”) who has been helping tired parents for over 20 years. Clinical supervision and ongoing advanced training are required to maintain certification as a Gentle Sleep Coach.

The 4-5 Month-old program
The GSC Program also includes an exclusive advanced training series specifically focused on how to gently work with babies 4 and 5 months of age. This program, which I have also completed, consists of over 40 hours of instruction and mentorship.
Other training topics
-In depth knowledge of the delicate nature of infants under 6 months of age and how to consider all elements of their well-being.
-Current evidence-based guidelines and instruction on how to evaluate the 4-6-month-old child and family and determine if the child is ready for sleep coaching.
-Gentle sleep solutions and strategies that are effective and developmentally appropriate for the younger baby.
